Rule 66
Evaluation of work efficiency
For the purposes of clause (a) of sub-section (2) of section 26 of the Act, the evaluation of work efficiency will be done on the following basis:-
(a) the performance and quality of the department or committee in which the promoted official was performing or leading in the previous position,
(b) The creativity and initiative shown by such officials while performing the duties of the officials to be promoted,
(c) The commitment and discipline of the officials to be promoted.
